Bright red converse moved effortlessly and gracefully over the pavement as the woman moved through the parking lot. The woman had just parked her car, a beautiful red sports car. It was her pride and joy and she would murder anyone that scratched it. Her bright violet eyes flickered through the grounds of children.... She wasn't exactly the high type but she wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. She was here to stay at Forks, due to the lovely weather. As long as she didn't have to run off anytime soon, she wouldn't leave. She lifted her head as people looked at the newcomer. In a town as small as Forks, everyone knew everyone and if you were new...you were news....

Mia sighed lightly as she sauntered around the parking lot of Forks High. Of course she didn't go there, but that didn't stop her from ditching school and checking out the boys.
She saw a few she thought were cute but for some reason none of them were looking at her. Their gazes were glued to a pale young looking girl. "Must be new." she said to herself, shrugging. Suddenly a plan popped into her head, if all the boys were staring at the new girls they would stare at Mia if she talked to the girl.
A mischievous smirk spread across her face and she made her way over to the girl. "Hey new girl." she said, her smirk now changing to a wide grin. Now at this close proximity to the girl she could see her better, she was gorgeous and it made Mia a bit jealous. "I'm Mia." she stuffed her hand into the pockets of her dark blue skinny jeans and perched herself against what she assumed to be the girl's car. "Nice ride.... and you are?"
((sorry if it sucks))

Her eyes turned and narrowed when she suddenly heard this new found name..."new girl". She looked at the girl who was NOW leaning against her car...the car that probably cost more then this girl's life. She cringed at her civil mentality and sighed heavily... "Hello." Her violet eyes rolled as she looked at her car...wishing to girl off of it... "What is it that I can help you with?" She lifted a hand and gently brushed a lock of rich brown hair out of her eyes, her well defined cheek bones slightly clenched. "Do you attend this school?"

Mia laughed out loud, a little too loud. She was really trying to steal some of this girl attention. "Oh god no!" her voice thick with disgust. She changed her position on the car so that her back was now against it, her black brown hair lightly brushing against the hood. "I live down in La Push. I just come up here for the sport." she said, leaning her head back and looking up at the overcast sky.
"Now, to business." Mia pulled her hands out of her pockets and placed them by her sides where she toyed with the bottom of her purple t-shirt. "You don't have to talk to me, let alone even look my way. I'm just over here for the boys." she blurted out, then thought about her statement a bit more. "Oh, but no offense." she said in a serious tone.

She looked at her like she was insane...though it was clear that the girl infront of her was annoying her to no end. "Please leave me alone,"She said as kind a tone as she could muster up. She walked to the passanger door of her car and opened it with a key, bending into it and grabbing her backpack. She then stood and locked the door once more... She was clothed well...wearing a bright white button up shirt and dark slim fitting jeans. It was clear that the girl didn't need fashion tips...or a girl following her around simply because of all the attention she was getting. "What on earth is La Push?"

Mia's body whipped around when the girl asked what La Push was. "What's La Push?!" she screamed. "Only a Native American reservation!" she said, still screaming. "It has beautiful yellow sanded beaches and cliffs for cliff diving." She smiled, she was proud of where she lived, it was more interesting then Forks. "Look, I'll leave you alone... eventually. I just need to scope out the boys first. And hey, you might learn to like me." she said with a genuine smile.

She sighed heavily as she screamed... It was growing harder to not simply yell back at the girl.... "Well...I'm Alex,"She muttered...not sure if it was safe for a girl like this to know her name or not...Would she simply flaunt it around for the attention. "Can't you simply be your own person and have a man find you rather then you looking for the man?" She saw little reason for a man to look at an obnoxious and chaotic girl like Mia.... Her converse quietly moved forward as Alex moved toward the school....obviously trying to get rid of this girl rather then socialize and make friends with her....

"Oh no honey, boys out here are too shy for that. Except for that Mike Newton. He asks me out every week." she laughed once again as she remembered memories of Mike. "Hey get back." she said, and silently began following Alex into the school. "It's okay if you don't like. I really don't ask like this so I understand. I'm actually very nice." she tried to convince the girl. Truly, Mia was very nice and caring.

Alex shook her head. "A man is more interested in who you are rather then who you try to be. Be who your supposed to be." She wasn't trying to sound selfish or rude but the girl was acting out simply for the attention of a man....something that Alex would never do. She wasn't shy...simply had a distance that she normally kept with men.. "Just try something different next time. Acting out shows desperation, no man should want that." Then she turned and shook her head. "But I am sorry I've been rude."

Mia laughed. "I'm not allowed to date. And I wouldn't dare defy my daddy." she said in a serious tone. She truly was serious if her dad found out she would be ripped apart. "It's okay, rudeness for rudeness." Mia was now right be side Alex, walking at the same speed. She leaned over closer to Alex and whispered. "I know what you are."

Alex paused...then laughed slightly. "What I am? Of couse you know what I am. I'm a 19 year old girl." The girl was clearly confused. "What am I supposed to be? A three legged monster? Apparently you've Got the idea that I have the attenion of all the boys, ask them what I amand they will tell you the same thing." Clearly she either wasn't lieing or simply wasn't about to tell her anything. "What is it that you need from me? I have some studying to do in the library and your false accusations are makng me late." The entire conversation was annoying Alex. She didn't like annoying girls looking for attention and this girl was sticking her nose in something that wasn't exactly her business...or in her best interest...messing with a girl pike her could land her on her rear quickly if she didn't watch her step.

The whole time Alex talked Mia scribbled down a simply answer on a piece of paper she had taken from a passer by. She held the paper up to Alex's face. It read vampire. "Don't kill me or anything, I just know one when I see one." she said softly, then ripped the paper up into tiny pieces. "Boys. Boys. Boys, they aren't all I care about. Besides, I only like La Push boys. Like I said, I like the sport." she said sternly. She knew Alex was probably getting annoyed, but it didn't bother Mia. Living with all boys, you learn how to annoy everyone.

Alex rolled her eyes at the piece of paper. "Do you honestly think that I can that you know? Other then the fact that your knowledge could end me up in another city, I don't care." In truth, Alex did care. She was a vampire but she preferred to stay hidden and unnoticed and unbothered. "What difference does it make? Why do you even need to point it out? Just leave me alone and I'll keep to myself." Then she simply moved into the school. Her beauiful body swaying effortlessly as she moved. Her brown hair tossing as her hips moved and her shoulders rolled powerfully. She may be a vampire but even if she was a human, she was a strong willed person.

Mia stomped her feet then ran after Alex. "You don't have to hide around me." she whispered/yelled. "Though my dad might kill me for talking to you." she said more to herself then Alex. "Grrr, stop walking so fast." she hissed. She was a few paces behind Alex and she didn't care if people were staring. "What are you looking at Mike Newton!" a wide eyed Mike quickly directed his gaze else where.

Alex's patience was growing slimmer and slimmer with every wore that Mia muttered. It was coming to the point that Alex simply wanted to shut her up on her...thank god she had strong self control. "I would watch your distance Mia. If you know what I am, you should be much more weary."
